Madison Willett

Madison Willett is an Agent-CSR at TFI Insurance, a Covenant Financial Company. She will mark two years with the agency in October 2026 and looks forward to many more ahead.

Her primary focus is supporting commercial clients through policy changes, claims handling, coverage reviews, and identifying additional lines of protection when appropriate. She works most frequently with General Liability, recognizing it as a foundational coverage that addresses the core risks and exposures most businesses face in their daily operations. Madison finds satisfaction in helping clients understand these exposures clearly so they can make well-considered decisions.

Although relatively new to the insurance industry, she has developed a strong working knowledge of commercial coverage and particularly enjoys translating that knowledge into practical guidance for clients. She wants every client to know that the team is committed to providing reliable, long-term support when it comes to protecting what matters most.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading fantasy novels, practicing yoga or pilates, and exploring new restaurants with friends.
