Karen Benson

Karen Benson is Manager at TFI Insurance, a Covenant Financial Company, and has been with the agency for nearly 10 years.

She works across personal, commercial, and life insurance—writing new business, building lasting client relationships, and overseeing coverage in all three areas. While her primary focus over the past decade has been personal lines, her work has expanded in recent years to include life and commercial insurance as well.

Karen remembers what it was like to start with little understanding of insurance. That experience shapes how she works with clients today. She takes the time to help people understand both the purpose of their coverage and how it applies to their specific situation, so they can feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Clients can expect honesty, integrity, and a genuine focus on their best interests. Karen’s goal is that every person feels heard, informed, and supported.

Outside of work, she enjoys her faith, gardening, scrapbooking, and time with her grandkids and husband.
